To give you access to the best quality of care, we now offer the option to split your bill into 3 or 4 equal payments so you can spread the cost of your medical bill over time. This payment service is operated by our financial partner, Floa Bank, a subsidiary of the Casino group and the Crédit Mutuel group.
How do the monthly installments work?
- Split your bill in 4 monthly installments free of charge over a period of 90 days
- Minimum amount of the bill : 80 € / Maximum : 2 500 €
- Available on all types of medical or dental care
- Payment by credit card only
- Payment in 4 installments is a completely free service, with no administration fees, and operated by Floa Bank.
- The acceptance of payment in 4 installments without charge is subject to the agreement of Floa Bank.
How do I pay in 3 or 4 interest-free instalments?
Whatever the reason and the type of medical consultation you wish to get, you have the possibility to book your appointment in record time:

When paying for your consultation, you can request to benefit from the 3 or 4 installment payment facility free of charge. FLOA Bank will give its agreement instantly, after verifying the absence of unpaid bills or payment incidents on other accounts held by you with FLOA Bank, or a registration in a payment incident file.
FLOA Bank therefore reserves the sole right to grant or refuse the "payment in 4 installments" option. The final decision rests with the Bank after its verification of the absence of unpaid debts or payment incidents on other accounts that you may hold with FLOA Bank, or registration in a payment incident file. (FICP). If your request for "payment in 4 installments" is refused, you can ask FLOA Bank for a remote interview in order to make your observations known.
