Dr. Jaume Solanas Vallès is a psychiatrist specialising in comprehensive mental health care, with a particular interest in the field of perinatal psychiatry.
He is trained in highly complex hospital settings and has international experience in the field of perinatal psychiatry, as well as in various areas of psychiatry such as intensive care units, day hospitals, interconsultation and dual pathology.
He currently works as an assistant psychiatrist at a community mental health centre (CSMA), where he coordinates the Perinatal Mental Health Programme and treats a wide range of patients with different psychiatric disorders.

- Perinatal mental health: Assessment and treatment of depression, anxiety, psychosis and adjustment disorders during pregnancy and postpartum, support for mother-baby bonding difficulties and advice on psychotropic drugs during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
