Sales
Medical, dental and aesthetic services are provided and offered through our clinic.
By making a consultation or booking a treatment, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of our clinic.
Our staff is available to provide you with detailed information about the services we offer, including procedures, costs and possible associated risks.
Duration of validity of services
All prepaid services are valid for a maximum of 1 year, once this period has expired they cannot be used or refunded.
Payment and cancellation policies
Bookings
Your booking will be confirmed by a pre-authorisation on your credit card. In the case of some services, such as video consultations, prescription refills, first specialist visits and laboratory tests, 100% prepayment of the service will be required.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations before 24 hours of the visit, 100% of the pre-payment will be refunded and the pre-authorisation cancelled.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours o no-show:
- The prepaid amount will not be refunded, 100% penalty.
- In case of pre-authorisation, the amount will be charged, 100% penalty.
In case of international returns a charge of 15€ will be deducted.
Surgeries in our clinic and external collaborating centres
Payment Method :
- 50% pre-payment upon acceptance of the given quote.
- Remaining 50% 48h before the surgery or treatment.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations before 7 days, 100% of the prepaid amount will be refunded.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before without a justified reason, the clinic will retain 50% of the prepaid amount.
- In case of no-show on the day of the surgery or failure to comply with the preoperative instructions and therefore preventing the surgery from being performed, the prepaid amount will not be refunded, 100% penalty.
In all the above cases, for international refunds by bank transfer, a charge of €15 will be applied.
Veneers / Implants (Dental)
Payment Method:
- 50% pre-payment upon acceptance of the given quote.
- 50% remaining 48h before starting the surgery or treatment.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations before 24 hours of the visit, 100% of the prepaid amount will be refunded.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours or no-show, the prepaid amount will not be refunded, 100% penalty.
- The amount of the price of the veneers or implants once they have been custom made, will not be refunded in any case.
- In case of international refunds a charge of 15€ will be applied.
Appointments of more than one hour / Check-ups / First visits / Video calls
Payment Method :
- 100% prepayment 24 hours before the visit.
- In case of not receiving the prepayment 24 hours before the visit, the booking will be automatically canceled.
Cancellation policy :
- Cancellations before 24 hours of the visit, 100% of the prepayment will be refunded.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours or no-show, the prepaid amount will not be refunded, 100% penalty.
- In case of international refunds, a charge of 15€ will be applied.
