Sales
Medical, dental and aesthetic services are provided and offered through our clinic and are available to you.
When making a consultation or booking a treatment, confirmation and acceptance of our clinic's terms and conditions will be required.
Our staff will be available to provide you with detailed information about the services we offer, including procedures, costs and possible associated risks.
Payment and cancellation policies
To secure your appointment and service reservation, a prepayment is required, which may vary depending on the service requested and will be informed when you make your reservation.
The booking will be considered confirmed once payment has been made.
Online (via www.turoparkmedical.com)
Payment Method: 100% prepaid online at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy :
- For cancellations before 24 hours of the visit, 100% of the prepaid amount will be refunded.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours or no-show, the prepaid amount will not be refunded, 100% penalty.
- In case of international refunds a fee of 15€ will be deducted.
Surgeries / Assisted Reproduction
Payment Method :
- 50% pre-payment on acceptance of quotation
- 50% remaining 48h before the intervention or treatment.
Cancellation policy for surgeries in our clinic:
- Cancellations before 48 hours of surgery, 100% of the prepaid amount will be refunded.
- If you cancel with less than 48 hours or no-show, the prepaid amount will not be refunded, 100% penalty.
- Cancellation policy for surgeries and assisted reproduction in external collaborating centres:
- Cancellations before 7 days of the surgery or assisted reproduction treatment, 100% of the prepaid amount will be refunded.
- If you cancel with less than 7 days or no-show, the prepaid amount will not be refunded, 100% penalty.
Cancellation policy for surgeries and Assisted Reproduction in external collaborating centres:
- Cancellations before 7 days of the surgery or assisted reproduction treatment, 100% of the prepaid amount will be refunded.
- If you cancel with less than 7 days or no-show, the prepaid amount will not be refunded, 100% penalty.
In all the above cases, for international returns a charge of €15 will be deducted.
Veneers / Implants (Dental)
Payment Method :
- 50% pre-payment upon acceptance of the estimate.
- 50% remaining 48h before starting treatment.
Cancellation policy :
- For cancellations before 24 hours of the visit, 100% of the prepaid amount will be refunded in case of visit only.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours or no-show, the prepaid amount will not be refunded, 100% penalty.
- The amount of the price of the veneers or implants once they have been custom made, will not be refunded in any case.
- In case of international returns a charge of 15€ will be deducted.
Appointments of more than one hour / Check-ups / First visits / Video calls
Payment Method :
- 100% prepayment 48 hours before the visit via online link.
- In case of non-receipt of prepayment 2 days before the visit, the booking will be automatically canceled.
Cancellation policy :
- For cancellations within 24 hours of the visit, 100% of the prepayment will be refunded.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours or no-show, the prepaid amount will not be refunded, 100% penalty.
- In case of international returns, a charge of 15€ will be deducted.
