Direct billing for International Medical Group customers

For the convenience of our patients, we have just signed a direct billing relationship with International Medical Group, enabling ALC Healthcare and IMG Europe customers to access cashless treatment at Turó Park Dental & Medical Center :

  1. ALC members with Prima, Premier, Platinum and Classic Nil Excess plan will have cashless outpatient treatment (under 240€) without the requirement of a GOP/Pre-authorisation.
  2. All other ALC members, and all IMG members,  will have access to cashless treatment, WITH a GOP/Pre-authorisation in advance of treatment.

IMG Direct billing arrangement: FAQ

At Turó Park Dental & Medical Center, we have been working with major international insurance and medical assistance organizations to establish direct billing (cashless) agreements for the benefit of our patients. In a direct billing arrangement, we settle the bulk of the eligible patients’ bills incurred at our facilities directly with our valued partners.
Yes, direct billing arrangement is available for members of insurance and assistance companies with whom we have contracts: IMG, ALC, Geoblue.
All the ALC members with Prima, Premier, Platinum and Classic Nil Excess plan will have cashless outpatient treatment (under 240€) without the requirement of a GOP/Pre-authorisation.
