Turó Park Clinics signs a collaboration agreement with Clínica Corachan

Turó Park Clinics and Clínica Corachán have reached a collaboration agreement to complement the comprehensive and quality care we offer our patients.

Founded on 19 May 1921 by Dr. Manuel Corachan, Clínica Corachan is one of the most prestigious private clinics in Barcelona. It focuses its efforts on attending to and satisfying all the needs of its patients, offering high quality, close and humane care.

Currently, the health complex of the Corachán Clinic occupies a total surface area of 42,000 m² in which more than 1,200 professionals and collaborators work directly or indirectly.

Objectives of the agreement

With this agreement, the patients of Turó Park Clinics will be able to undergo analysis and complementary diagnostic tests in a first class private clinical campus.

The Corachan Clinic includes all medical-surgical specialities at the highest level.

The surgical area has 8 operating theatres, 5 of which are integrated and state-of-the-art for major surgery, and an 8-box resuscitation room with centralised monitoring.
The obstetric area is equipped with 4 new delivery rooms, one of which is equipped for natural childbirth, 2 state-of-the-art integrated operating theatres, 3 foetal recording and monitoring rooms, a resuscitation room and a centralised monitoring room.
The centre has a 12-bed ICU, a coronary and haemodynamic unit and a neonatal ICU from 28 weeks.
A multidisciplinary team of 32 specialists covers all the needs of the diagnostic imaging department, equipped with 3 MRI scans, six ultrasound scanners including the most advanced ultrasound imaging techniques, scanner, breast pathology diagnostic unit, vascular and cardiac radiology, among others.
