Book your appointment for a COVID test at the lab or at the clinic
Three IMPORTANT steps to follow:
- You will receive your confirmation email. Please complete the linked form to obtain your test order to be returned on the day of the test.
- Go to the address indicated in the confirmation email. Depending on the type of test booked and the date of the appointment, you will need to go to one of our partner laboratories or to our clinic.
- You will receive your invoice by email which you can send to your insurance company to get a reimbursement.
