The medical examinations and assessment scheduled as part of this visit are as follows:

• Review of a comprehensive health screening questionnaire, including individual, gynecological, family and lifestyle health parameters.
• Measurement of height, weight and body mass index (BMI).
• Complete physical examination by an expert physician.
• Measurement of blood pressure.
• Complete blood and urine tests. Blood sugar control (diagnosis of diabetes and pre-diabetes), cholesterol, liver, kidney and thyroid function are checked.
• Resting ECG (a painless test that looks at heart rate and rhythm, heart enlargement in the case of high blood pressure, and can indicate if you have had a heart attack)
• Ear and vision assessment (audiometry and optometry tests).
• Breast examination and instructions for self-examination.
• Cervical smear.
• HPV typing (cervical cancer screening).
• Calculation of cardiovascular risk.
• Nutritional check-up by videoconsultation.

Delivery and review of the complete medical report.

Personalised follow ups each month to adjust treatments fi needed, answer questions and concerns and monitor health.

Includes 2 full blood panels as follows,

• Organ function: Kidney (creatinine, urea, glomerular filtration), liver (ALT, AST, bilirubin, GGT), and muscle (CK, LDH).
  
• Metabolic and cardiovascular health: Glucose, HbA1c, cholesterol panel (HDL, LDL, total, VLDL), triglycerides, insulin, HOMA index.
  
• Minerals and electrolytes: Calcium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, chloride, uric acid.
  
• Inflammation and immunity: CRP (C-reactive protein), ESR (sedimentation rate), complete blood count.
  
• Hormones and thyroid: TSH, T3, T4, Vitamin D.
  
• Tumor markers (if applicable): PSA (men), CA 125 & CA 15.3 (women), CEA, CA 19.9.
  
• Hepatitis screening: Hepatitis B and C.
  
• Proteins and clotting: Albumin, total proteins, protein profile, prothrombin.

We offer one full annual dental check up, which will include a detailed oral examination, gum health assessment and digital X-rays if needed. In addition, we provide two professional dental cleanings per year, to help prevent gum disease and remove any existing plaque and tartar.
