Due to the particular nature of the services offered, once the appointment has been booked and paid for, the user can only proceed to its cancellation before the date and time indicated for the realization of the test. Once the test appointment has passed, no cancellation will be possible.
To cancel his appointment, the user must click on “cancel appointment” on the page where he made his appointment or at the bottom of this page. The cancellation request must be made within 30 natural days from the appointment date.
In all cases, canceling the service before the appointment will result in cancellation costs, in accordance with our pricing policy:
- If the cancellation is due to a problem with our service, there will be no charge for the refund.
- If the cancellation occurs due to the sole wish of the user, a refund fee of € 10 per reservation will be deducted from the refunded amount.
