Rana Chemali is a dedicated Health Consultant, Nutritionist, and Public Speaker who is passionate about raising awareness about mental and physical well-being and the relationship between food, body, and mind. With over 18 years of experience, she specializes in nutritional counseling for women, focusing on body image, hormonal balance, digestion, and emotional eating. In addition to her formal education in Nutrition & Dietetics and Nutrition Coaching, she is trained in the Strategic Systemic Approach of Paolo Alto and in Heart Resonance Techniques for stress, anxiety, and emotional self-regulation. Her approach combines nutrition science with an array of psychological and coaching tools to help patients achieve their health goals. She values confidentiality, trust, compassion and ensures a safe and supportive environment during her interventions with patients.
Education
Rana Chemali completed her B.Sc. in Nutrition & Dietetics at the American University of Beirut in 1996 and earned an MBA from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) in 2003. She has pursued a range of professional certifications to enhance her expertise in health and wellness, including a degree in health coaching from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating 2017 (Colorado), trainings in Strategic Systemic approaches from the Institute Gregory Bateson (France), and Stress management and Emotional regulation from the HeartMath Institute (California). In addition to her academic achievements and professional practice, Rana is a health entrepreneur and serves as a board member at several organizations.
